Our abdomen contains more than just our digestive system. It also holds our urinary and reproductive organs and key meridians for our our health and happiness.

I show you step by step how to tune into the area and breathe some relaxation and calm into our systems before we start the massage. Then we begin by introducing some softer techniques before locating and massaging the abdomen and then focusing on a few of the key organs here.

Our solar plexus network of nerves that keeps us content and able to cope senses what is going on in our hearts and minds. When our stress levels are high, we release too much adrenalin for our bodies to cope well, so the stomach feels the effect of this by holding onto tension and becoming hard in the upper area and weak in the lower abdomen.

We breathe and use affirmations and focus in key areas, plus I demonstrate how to release the ileocecal valve and the houston valve found at the start and end of the colon. These valves may be holding onto tension that needs to be released in order to allow the correct amount and speed of matter through the digestive system. This helps us absorb nutrients correctly and reduce adverse reactions within the gut.

We then introduce some cupping before calming the whole area with energetic healing of the organs and finishing with a beautiful affirmation which feels like a meditation. I hope you enjoy.
