Hey guys!
Today, I decided to try something new and record a Lo-Fi video!
That means filming with an 'unprofessional' camera, no extra lighting, no extra mic, no fancy background etc etc.
Just simple triggers and back to the basics.

Personally, I like both Lo-Fi and 'professional' videos and I hope I'll be able to help you relax with this one 🥰
The video includes whispering, fast tapping, crinkling, hand movements, personal attention and more!

I hope you like it, have a good night!

Enjoy! ❤️

What is ASMR?

Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR) is a tingling sensation that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine (also called ‘tingles’). It is most commonly triggered by specific auditory or visual stimuli, and less commonly by intentional attention control. Those stimuli are referred to as ‘triggers’.
People watch ASMR to calm down and relax, to fall asleep, to focus or just because they like it.
