🎄 This video is set to the format of The 12 Days of Christmas. Repetitive? Yes. Hopefully still tingly, though! Each time a new “day” (trigger) is added, I go over the previous ones quickly, but the first “day” (gentle face massage) is a similar length and a different mix of movements and triggers each time to keep it familiar, yet fresh. ✨

It’s a lot to explain, but you’ll see as you watch though it. Just sit back and relax! 😌
