Hi beautiful human! This is an ASMR Reiki style video on Acceptance. The intention is to drop all forms of resistance to whatever happens in and around us in the present moment. Just simply accept the now as it is. And as much as possible, clear our own minds of thoughts and judgements. Besides from me rambling about Acceptance in a soft spoken tone of voice - the video also includes personal attention, comforting words, shushing, hand sounds, finger fluttering, hypnotic hand movements and more.
