This video was filmed in Rostov-on-Don. The masseuse's name is Nadezhda (inst @pf_r.massage.rostov) and she has 20 year of experience in massage therapy. The session included head and back massage, Gua Sha massage and cupping. During the video Nadezhda is describing her action in detail and sharing some educational information. After the session Nadezhda treated us with rostov cinnamon buns and sea buckthorn tea. I enjoyed everything.
