In our soft spoken video today you are suffering from some lose of balance. I give you a nice ear exam to find the problem. I then remove the excess earwax (Floam) from your ears with tweezers. I then use a nice metal ear pick to remove any remaining wax. I then scrub the outside and inside of your ears to make them squeaky clean. We finish off with a little antiseptic and you are good to go.
