Hi Friends! This ASMR Reiki and massage session for the Solar Plexus Chakra is designed to help awaken confidence, strengthen self-trust, and reconnect you with the courage to take aligned action.
This video is the third session in my 7-part Chakra Healing ASMR Series, where each session focuses on balancing and restoring one chakra through Reiki, massage, sound, touch, and sensory healing elements—all with the intention of helping you soften and savor life more deeply.
For this Solar Plexus Chakra session, we work with the Fire Element, inviting confidence, motivation, personal power, and transformation. Accompanied by soothing campfire sounds, crystal healing, light touch massage, and gentle scratching, this session supports releasing self-doubt and reconnecting with your inner spark.
Throughout this session, I explore the idea that there is power in softness. Sometimes personal power isn't about pushing harder, speaking louder, or doing more. Sometimes it looks like taking the rest you need, choosing calm instead of reactivity, speaking gently instead of yelling, and staying grounded when the world around you feels chaotic. True confidence often comes from trusting yourself enough to move through life with steadiness rather than force.
