A client traveled nearly two hours from Jamsil after discovering my work on Instagram.
Her medium-length hair had been dyed dark for many years and had become dry, rough, and difficult to manage. The ends had been heavily razor-cut, causing constant flipping, frizz, and uneven movement that made daily styling stressful.
Many viewers only see the flat iron stage and wonder why straightening is needed.

Because the roots and previously dyed sections had different conditions, I carefully used a two-step application method and adjusted the formula for each section. The goal was not simply to make the hair straight, but to create balance, softness, and long-lasting manageability.
