STRESS. Stress by far induces imbalance within the body and manifests into diseases like heart disease.
It is so important to de-stress, and TWO techniques that helped me re-program the cells of my body to cope in a healthy manner are:
#1) Deep breathing techniques. Ujjayi breath.
#2) Yoga/ Deep stretching.
