hi sweetpeas!! i hope you enjoyed this guided meditation, just trying something a bit different. let me know what you think! i was thinking about why i enjoy this combination so much and while i think ASMR can be a relaxing experience, it can also be a mindless, conscious-numbing distraction that only provides temporary comfort. however, combining meditation with ASMR can create a unique blend of calmness and relaxation while also bringing a sense of heightened awareness. staying in touch with your emotions and practicing mindfulness is incredibly important for your overall well-being. you are more than able of find peace within your own mind. i hope this helped:) sweet dreams♡
