I did a little reading up on sleep demons recently and I was surprised at how many people suffer from them. And honestly, it can't help when that is the term for what is happening to you, be it rooted in the past or not. Helpful for me, however, as here - for your viewing pleasure - is your very own sleep demon. She's here to help you back to sleep in this ASMR roleplay by aiding in your relaxation. If it were any other channel then progressive muscle relaxation, negative energy plucking, breathing and countdowns wouldn't necessarily come with nefarious deals but here we are.
