I’m so excited to share something very special with you… this is the first in my new Floating Sanctuary series.
In this experience, you’ll watch Jess be gently cradled in a hammock, softly rocked into a deeply relaxed, almost weightless state, while I guide her through calming mindfulness and nurturing touch.
There will be gentle hair play, soft brushing, back tracing, and light foot massage — all designed to help your body completely switch off and your mind drift.
My intention with this series is to create a space where you feel safe, held, and able to truly let go.
