After revealing how our legs reflect our emotional state and what we can do about it, I demonstrate techniques to bring ease and softness to our calves and shins. Feeling unsupported, insecure or disbelieved are held in our lower legs but these can be washed away with movement, massage and affirmations.

At the end I show you a Viparita Karani yoga move that allows for heavy legs to feel lighter, stillness to descend to the mind and an overwhelming feeling of connectedness to grant your way to good leg and head health.
