Today's session is focused on full body stretch, especially on spinal rotation and back muscle releasing. This session is my regular stretch that I do, it is not exactly yoga, however, it is inspired by it. It is great for back pain, chest opening, helps with breathing issues due to the tightened chest and back muscle. We also will do some hip mobility movements and stretches that I learned in my physiotherapy session.
