Ingredients (~9 buns)
210g flour
120g warm milk
17g sugar
35g soft butter
3g instant yeast
1 egg

1. Stir the warm milk with the yeast
2. Add half of the flour and the rest of the ingredients and beat with the paddle attachment for 1-2 minutes
3. Switch to the dough hook and add the rest of the flour and beat until the sides pulls away from the bowl
4. Place the dough in an oiled bowl and cover with a towel for 45 minutes
5. Divide the dough into equal parts. Form them into balls and roll them out, form into bows.
6. Let them rise again under a towel for 30 minutes.
7. Bake in the oven at 175 ยบC (350 ยบF) for 12-15 minutes until golden brown
