Hi my hungry dinosaurs, it's food again! Today I'm having sweet green pandan noodles with coconut sauce! While this may look like a spinach pasta dish, it's actually sweet LOL. And after cooking the noodles I had to wait a bit because this dessert is usually eaten cold. You can even put ice cubes it says on the package! :) It was very delicious and two packages were perfect as breakfast for me. :D Have you guys tried this Thai dessert called "Lod Chong" before? ♥
