Hello.
Today we are going to talk about some of the ways that touch has an impact on our day to day lives. Some of the ways obvious, and some not so obvious. Touch can inform us a lot about our surroundings, including the beings we interact with. Touch seems to have many benefits, and I am happy to discuss some of the ways in which we can show appreciation for touch. I would love if you thought up some of the ways you are grateful for touch as well :).
Wishing you a grounded day.
Thank you for spending time in this space.
