Now onto the video I'm sure most of you recognize Alysha by now as she has been appearing on the channel since the very beginning and I've helped with regular massages as she's bulked up or slimed down for body building bikini competitions. Now this massage is the reality of a lot of my sessions, you will see moments of pleasure and moments of pain, this is because Alysha's muscles are very tight and sore from all the weight training, she does... My job is to try find the sweet spot, what I mean by that just enough pressure that the muscle lets me in and change can begin, but just before the nervous system locks up and the muscle tightens.
