Wrestlers accumulate an incredible amount of muscle tension, dense tissue, and joint stiffness over years of training. Watch as we break down stubborn knots, release the fascia, and restore mobility through a combination of heavy deep tissue work and assisted sports stretching.
Part 2: Anterior Opening & Upper Body Restoration
In the second half, we transition to the front of the body to restore balance. This part features a deep tissue massage targeting the anterior legs, pectorals, and arms to relieve upper-body tightness. To wrap up this intense full-body routine, we perform deep, assisted stretches for the hamstrings, glutes, and pectorals, leaving this former athlete feeling fully realigned and loose.
