Hi guys in this video I will be doing;
- Cleaning your face with cold towel
- A short breathing therapy
- Poke around your face with cotton
- Head massage with gloves
- Brushing your face
- Apply warm towel on your face
Through the end of the video I will slowly switch to whispering so it will help you drift to sleep more. I hope it helps and you enjoy it💖
