Our upper arms, deltoids, biceps, triceps and femur bones hold so much tension that it creates fatigue and weakness. By releasing the strain held there, we are able to tap into a wealth of strength and resource that keeps us motivated and alert.
I show you what our posture means using body reading techniques and anatomy explanations. I share with you a method of tuning into our true self with breath and focus. Then, we follow easy steps to massage and ease tension from tight muscles along the upper arms . We stretch together and check out our alignment in the mirror.
Follow next week's post to see the lower arm and elbow self massage.
