ASMR Eyes Closed Instructions to SLEEP (but it's an Ear Exam) ๐ค Left or Right Tests
Tonight you'll follow my eyes closed instructions to SLEEP, but this will be a sort of ear exam version (medical roleplay) with lots of frequency tests such as left or right tuning fork triggers.
This video is in soft-spoken voice mixed with very close up ear to ear whispering (some unintentional mouth sounds) for extra tingles and relaxation. We'll be doing some guided breathing and mainly some very simple and soothing tuning fork sounds and tests / instructions that will make your mind tired, sleepy and very relaxed.

What is ASMR??
ASMR stands for Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR).
It is a feeling of well-being combined with a tingling sensation in the scalp and down the back of the neck, as experienced by some people in response to a specific gentle stimulus, often a particular sound.
