Follow my instructions but don't look at the screen. This video is an inspiration of ASMR Don't Look At Your Screen by @AbbyASMR. In todays video I will be instructing you to not look at your screen. There will be bright light involved so you must not look at it. You may look after that section is done, but this is a focus test. How long can you look away? It is meant to help distract you from anything that has been bothering you. Triggers include lights, hand movements, mouth sounds, visual triggers, double lights, single light, face brushing, tapping, and counting. Intended to relieve anxiety, stress, and to help you sleep.
