Hi! Here is a quick stretch routine for you to use while traveling.
It's super simple to do, and easy to do anywhere.... So no excuses! 😛
You can use this video to stretch in "real time" with me. That way you can make sure you're holding the stretches long enough.
Here are the time stamps if you just need a quick reminder
Remember you should hold each stretch for 3 breathe cycles!
#1 calf stretch 1:48
#2 Standing hip stretch 2:50
#3 Quad stretch 3:42
#4 Repeat standing hip stretch 4:45
#5 Forward bend stretch 5:30
#6 Rounded upper body stretch 6:58
#7 Seated hip stretch 8:09
