ASMR: Cook mac and cheese with me for us!
Recipe:
Melt 50g butter, stir in 50g flour until cooked out
Add milk slowly, whisking continuously until desired consistency
Add any grated cheese/garlic/herbs
Correct seasoning and consistency
Cook pasta in salted boiling water
Cook bacon
Drain pasta and add to the bechamel (can add pasta water if the sauce is looking thick - if you're baking the pasta make the sauce 'saucier' as it'll dry out a bit whilst baking)
Chop bacon and stir it into the pasta
Put mac and cheese in the desired dish/eat now if you want
Sprinkle with breadcrumbs/crisps/Doritos, herbs, extra cheese on top
