[ASMR] Chakra Cleansing Meditation | Soft Spoken
Hey everyone, something a little different tonight. Chakra cleansing has been requested for a long time and I've finally been able to do it 😇 I've made this in the style of a soft spoken meditation with lots of visualization (specifically colour visualization), and it's almost an hour long so you can really relax and not worry about having to rush the process 💜
The first 6-7 minutes I kind of explain what the chakras are and show you a picture, and then we get into the meditation. Hope you all enjoy ❤
