This meditation can be used in any area of your life to create flow and ease and synchronicity and improve this aspect of your life, whether it be work, relationships, a creative endeavour, etc. Use this video to focus one aspect at a time and, for the best results, repeat this meditation daily. In this video you will also learn about energy healing and how to activate your hand chakras so you can use your hands to send energy and energize your endeavours.
In this soft spoken sacred ASMR meditation, I use a Kindred Spirit Drum, Alchemy Crystal singing bowls, a Tibetan singing bowl and wind chimes. We also connect to the scents of the forest and cleanse our space with a sage and cedar medicine bundle.
