ASMR | Follow My Instructions to Sleep [Eyes Closed for Second Half] ๐ด
Hello my busy bees, today's video is another follow my instructions/directions video, since you guys always seem to like them, and I enjoy making them! It'll start off with my visual triggers, but then in the second half I'll transition to auditory only instructions, so you can close your eyes if you'd like!
We'll have some follow my finger, follow the flashlight, focusing tasks, don't get distracted tasks, I've got my new pendulum to focus on, we'll be counting down together, some visual/eye exams, and then for auditory I have my tuning forks, I'll be whispering ear to ear, some tapping and trigger sounds, interviewing you, asking you questions, and finally some deep breathing exercises. Also I'll be soft speaking throughout as usual.
