hi friends! welcome to my first half-hour ASMR video! this video includes sleepy spa elements, such as making tea, giving you a pillow and blanket, following the light, face brushing, and face washing as well as a series of poetry read-alouds. I purposely did the tapping and visual triggers at the beginning of the video, and the reading in the second half, so that you can close your eyes. also, the lighting gradually gets dimmer as the video goes on, perfect for sleep!
