ASMR CHEWING GUM + Doing My Makeup to Look Less Depressed. This is THERAPEUTIC! (Mostly No Talking)
I love me some *GUM CHEWING* and makeup application with no talking! 🍬🤐 (Ok, I said a few words.) I SWEAR THIS IS THERAPEUTIC! This was filmed months ago when I was feeling low about something ... don't really remember what? My eyes were so puffy from the salty tears lol but what can you do but *fix your face and get your day started!* 💪 Sadness is a part of life but one thing is for sure, it will eventually pass. And chewing gum helps calm my nerves?! Gum requires a constant chewing action, which makes me aware of what I'm doing physically, as well as hearing it keeps my mind in the present vs. thinking about 282882182
things that's driving me crazy. Add in some makeup which requires attention and detail, aka focus, and it's like a relaxing meditative experience. True story! 😅😉 I'm in such good spirits currently, but we all know that will eventually pass as well HAH! That's life. Enjoy the gum chewing sounds, which was the point of this video.
