Hello my snuggly snails, today’s detailed body scan will help you relax every last one of your muscles to get you to a deep state of relaxation. This session is designed to be used either as a daytime meditation for centering your thoughts, or to help quiet down your mind as a sleep aid.
As we go through each muscle one by one you’ll be guided to help you release deep tension in a loving and uplifting way.
We’ll be starting with some deep breathing, including trying out an ujjayi breath. If you want to make sure you’ve got this particular breathing style down first there’s a great tutorial here:
