What is ASMR?
Have you ever felt tingles in your head and deeply relaxed while getting a haircut, listening to someone turn magazine pages, listening to a specific person talk in a gentle manner, or while watching Bob Ross create a painting?
If so, then you have probably experienced the soothing and comforting feeling of Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response (ASMR). ASMR is a tingling sensation that usually begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine. A pleasant form of paresthesia.
