This is an OLDIE but GOLDIE! My previous channel was called The Peace Room and then I changed it to This ASMR Life. IT was up for about 2 1/2 months while we worked out kink after kink and then decided to start all over. I saved the videos that I felt still kept the messages and practices that hold true to me.

However, the videos you’ll find online as well as my in-person classes are informed by a lifelong curiosity and appreciation for health and wellness spanning many modalities, including hatha yoga training, spiritual practices such as Nichiren Buddhism and meditation, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Tapping, Improvisational and theatre arts, and even remote viewing techniques.
