This Reiki healing session can be used as a meditation, sleep guide or simply as a relaxing Reiki session as it is. Let the Sage cleanse our body, mind and soul, our chakras and auric field. Let it purify all negative energies and influences within and around us.
Afterwards, I will use my Citrine and Sodalite crystals for additional cleansing and empowerment. The Usui Reiki method at the end can be used for energetic clearing and divine energy transmission.
