After struggling with foot pain, I visited a specialist clinic to try shockwave therapy for the first time.
I'll be honest, I was a bit nervous, haha! As the therapist increased the intensity, I quickly realised why so many people say this treatment can be surprisingly painful. It was then combined with deep tissue treatment to target the surrounding muscles and tissue.
Alongside shockwave therapy, I also experienced a UV deep tissue treatment to help.
