As an avid fan of ASMR videos, I wanted to contribute by coupling hypnosis and ASMR in my videos. For those of you who are new to this concept, ASMR stands for 'autonomous sensory meridian response', which is a tingling sensation that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine. A feeling of well-being combined with a tingling sensation may be experienced by some people in response to a specific gentle stimulus, often a particular sound. (Oxford.com, 2020)
