One of the best things to shake you out of anxiety and panic attacks is when something unexpected can make you laugh or just catch you off guard. So... because of this... I make weird and quirky ASMR with some out of left field stuff to help shake you out of anxious thinking so you can hopefully begin to relax and feel tingles. Much of my ASMR is inspired by my experiences with chronic PTSD and learning what has helped me feel more grounded and relaxed and my channel is where I get to share some of that with you. Some of my videos are horror, some are just ridiculous, some are normal and all of them are made with love.
