My husband and I have been on a health journey for about 2 months. It was time we changed our eating habits & start working on our self’s. Best decision we have made. In the last month my husband has lost 20lbs & I have lost 5lbs. We are on a calorie deficit & been learning how to eat healthy. It’s a process not easy but it has been rewarding 🫶🏻. Any tips on meals and workouts are greatly appreciated.
