Welcome! Please relax to today's Follow the Light Triggers video. I used dark, blue lighting, which I am unsure about - but I hope that you like it! I wanted to keep a very slow and gentle pace of movements, visual triggers and whispers. The aim is to not only relax you, but to use the light to shine brightness on negative thoughts and replace them with positivity.
Triggers include: light triggers, slow and gentle hand movements, shining a flashlight, female voice whisper, soft spoken, flashlight triggers, positive affirmations and positive thinking.
