[ASMR] Swedish Massage Abdomen, Arms, Hands & Wrists with Victoria and Katie | 5 of 8
Katie comes for regular massages, Korean cupping and Kore Therapy. We have filmed her treatments for this channel before, so do look out for them. Today Katie opts for a Swedish style treatment, which tends to be stronger, faster and includes techniques to stimulate the blood circulation; always a good move for improving many conditions such as aching joints, sore muscles, headaches, fatigue and overall body health. Today's extract of Katie's full body treatment demonstrates a deep abdominal massage, using slow flowing strokes. Then I give the arms some strong Swedish style massage, followed by a relaxing, mobilising massage for the hands and wrists. Swedish massage is such an effective method of creating warmth and therefore healing via blood flow to the whole body. This series will be premiering every Friday evening at 8pm UK time.
