heyy!!! so sorry i have been gone so long! This video was actually filmed in early march— but I never got around to posting it due to being hyper critical of the videos I was filming.
A brief summary of my absence:
mainly due to having too much on my plate and then becoming so overwhelmed that I essentially froze and my life kinda went on pause for awhile (but at the same time really didn’t so i was struggling to keep up). I’ve been working on getting back on track mentally and physically-treating my mind and body with more care and consideration- the way I would want any single one of you to do as well. I hope that you are all doing well and are staying well rested, i look forward to chatting with you soon!
