Disclaimer: this video is NOT just for those feeling sick, but an overall focus on health and wellbeing in general.. but, If you're feeling sick, in whatever way that is, watch this :) I'm going to be helping you relax through tucking you in, giving you some tea and medicine, doing your skincare, giving you a little scalp massage, and then guiding you through a relaxing meditation and reading you some affirmations.
