The Yowie is a mythical creature from Australian folklore, rooted in Aboriginal Australian oral history. It is described as a tall, hairy, ape-like biped, said to stand between 2.1 and 3.6 meters tall. The creature is known by various names in different Aboriginal cultures, including Quinkin and joogabinna. The Yowie is often considered the Australian equivalent of the Bigfoot legend, or perhaps the yeti.
Since people seemed to like the Bigfoot whispering Wikipedia video, I thought this topic might prove fascinating.
Thank you for watching.
