Baby you can't sleep? How about a relaxing scalp massage? Yeah? Okay.... just...lay your head in my lap... and I will massage your scalp for you. And hopefully...you will be able to drift off to sleep...for the rest of the night....without waking up...
One of my wonderful subs (From Me To You ;) commented recently that he was having trouble staying asleep.
Knowing full well how this goes, I thought "Hey, we haven't had a nice relaxing scalp massage in a while!" And I thought, what the heck? I would try to maybe help everyone with this dilemma. So I came up with, well ... sort of a guided sleep massage audio. So here is a nice, soothing scalp massage and some sweet words that will hopefully send you off to dreamland for the night. Hope this helps everyone... was worth a try.
*I tapered off the sound at the end so there is no abrupt ending.
