ASMR | Last May 2026 Grocery Haul Ft. New Items & Tingly Tapping 😋🌺💖

Today I’m featuring several new items in this grocery haul purchased at Publix, Costco, and Amazon! 🥰💕🎉

American Goulash aka American Chop Suey Recipe:

1 pound ground beef
1 can of tomato soup
1 can petite diced tomatoes
Generous sprinkle of onion powder (or diced onions)
Salt and pepper to taste
Appropriate serving of elbow noodles - or in this case, Cavatappi 😋
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese
You can also add 1 can of red beans and cut up green, red, or yellow peppers (optional)
Brown beef, drain.
Add soup and tomatoes, onion powder, salt and pepper.
Cook noodles, drain.
I incorporate the noodles into the meat mixture and serve. YUUUUM!!!
