🥞Protein Pancakes: 1 c. flour 1.5 scoops protein powder (appx. 37-38g) 2 tsp. baking soda 1 large egg 1 c. unsweetened apple sauce 1 tsp. vanilla 2 tbsp. melted coconut oil Combine flour, protein powder and baking soda in a bowl and whisk together. Create a well in the center and add in egg, apple sauce, vanilla and melted coconut oil. Mix all ingredients until well blended. Cook on griddle or in pan. That's it! (Makes appx. 6 medium sized-pancakes. Store in refrigerator.)
