Side note : I am only posting this for an update and in hopes that someone might see this and can relate or not feel alone .. and might even decide to start advocating for themselves and getting the help they might need !! I WOULD NEVER POST A VIDEO FOR YALL TO FEEL SAD FOR ME OR SYMPATHY!! ...I do not want anyone feeling bad for me .. I simply like sharing my story/journey .. I am very big on Mental Health, Chronic illness and Disabilities ... plus so much more !!
