heyhey :) a simple asmr video this time (guys im actually getting so busy wth ;-; summer has been so crazy idk if I should do a story time or something) with whispered breath counting and soft mic brushing. just gentle sounds and slow breathing to help calm your brain and body!!
we're using a technique I do all the time, basically inhale for 5, hold for 2, exhale for 5 again.
triggers: whisper counting, soft spoken intro, fluffy mic brushing (left to right)
