I haven't uploaded a personal attention video in a while and I noticed that was receiving a few requests for this, so here I am, back with a video focussing entirely on you!
In this video, I am going to be soothing you with tickles, layered whispers (female voice) and extra tingly hand movements. I will be repeating "Everything will be okay", "It's okay" and various other positive affirmations. Oh, and watch out for my long nails and brushes, which will be tickling you! Some tapping is thrown in too, because why not!?
