STOP! Before you read this, please like and subscribe! ☺️

Today I’m bringing you some triggers that I thought were unusual or weird! I’m starting with Velcro rollers, which make a very tingly sound that is unique. I’m also squishing a beaded silicone ball which makes some tingly squishy sounds! Also included are two different types of gloves (scratchy exfoliating gloves and smooth latex gloves). Can’t forget the textured orange bouncy ball which makes some gentle but interesting sounds. I finish off with the lipgloss I’m wearing in the video because I can never resist the sound it makes!

What is ASMR?
Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR) is a calming, pleasurable feeling often accompanied by a tingling sensation. This tingle is said to originate in a person's head and spread to the spine (and sometimes the limbs) in response to stimulation. The stimuli that trigger ASMR vary from person to person. ASMR signifies the subjective experience of "low-grade euphoria" characterized by "a combination of positive feelings and a distinct static-like tingling sensation on the skin". It is most commonly triggered by specific auditory or visual stimuli.
